Delete in the app
Open SusuFlow, go to Profile, scroll to Account, and tap Delete Account. Confirm with your password. This starts deletion of your sign-in, profile, notifications, and saved payment methods on our servers.
Before you delete
You must resolve active circle obligations first (for example, outstanding contributions or payout responsibilities). Deletion is blocked while you belong to an active circle that would be disrupted. You can revoke automatic payment authorization for a circle from Help & Support without deleting your account.
What we remove
After deletion completes, we remove authentication access, profile and preference data, notification tokens, and Stripe customer linkage stored for the app. Invitation records are de-identified where possible. Legally required payment, authorization, and compliance records may be retained in de-identified or access-restricted form for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
